The location of this budget B&B is perfect, as it is within walking distance of many historic sites and the downtown area overlooking the Mississippi River. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, filled with lovely antiques and equipped with modern bathrooms. Guests have also mentioned the warm and friendly service provided by the owner and staff.

The Elms Bed and Breakfast completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner and her two adorable poodles. The house itself is like stepping back in time, with beautiful antiques and a charming period atmosphere - it truly felt like we were living in a Mark Twain novel. Our bedroom was lovely, complete with a cool four poster bed that added a touch of elegance. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast the following morning. We were treated to a delicious cooked breakfast that left us feeling satisfied and ready for the day ahead. The hotel's location in the downtown area of Natchez was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the historic sites and enjoy the stunning views overlooking the Mississippi River. The attention to detail, friendly staff, and wonderful amenities, including a luxurious modern bathroom, made our stay at this hotel truly memorable.

Everything was perfect - no improvements needed.

I had the most wonderful stay at a charming B&B just a short drive from downtown. The owner, Esther, was an absolute delight. She made sure my friend and I had everything we needed, and her breakfasts were outstanding. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful. Esther even went out of her way to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this B&B for a delightful and memorable stay.

The history of the house was captivating and the rooms were beautifully decorated with family antiques. The hosts were warm and gracious, providing complementary wine and sodas. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and made for a cozy night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including pancakes with eggs, bacon, potatoes and syrup. The china plates and sterling silverware added a touch of elegance to the meal.
